In this thread, I will give describe the Paneuropean Environment in more detail. This testimony builds upon all previous accounts; familiarity with those will be presupposed.

During the Middle Ages, Europe was unified in ‚Geistlichkeit‘ under Christendom; a giant cathedral under the shield of the ‚warrior caste‘; the chivalric order and priestly order conjoint in the highest realm; the constitutive elements of the ‚Holy Empire‘. With the Renaissance, the influence of conspiring Habsburgian/Fuggerian and Medician delineations, and their playgrounds within Dutch and hanseatic, and Venetian merchant families grew, leading to the establishment of ‚protestantism‘ and ‚humanism‘; theologies from a distinctly ‚nominalist‘ lens, in many royal and priestly cenacles at that time, and the usurpation of the ‚absolutist enlightened‘ rule by the Central Banking paradigm established with the Bank of Amsterdam in 1620. In the wake of dutch-british rivalry, bundled within the respective ‚Dutch East India Company‘ (1602) and ‚British East India Company‘ (1600), the dutch economic nobility would later expand onto the American Continent, effectively creating the United States, and cultivating protestant modalities as ‚Calvinism‘; its salvation doctrine strengthened the elitarian scope of the noble families.

With the ascent of liberalism and humanism, always coextensive with smaller or larger fruits of ‚financial alchemy‘, social organization was considered in increasingly particular, ‚nationalist‘ and ‚contractualist‘ terms, doing away with the medieval metaphysical alignment completely. Johann Gottlieb Fichte introduced the nation state as ‚community of descent‘; John Locke formulated the idea of a law constituted ‚from below‘, by common and equal participation of all men; Immanuel Kant introduced the idea of an ethic derived entirely from reason; Adam Smith introduced in the fullest scope the totally individuated ‚economic agent‘. René Descartes separated the divine hierarchies from the corporeal world, effectively creating the notion of ‚matter‘ in its modern sense; Newton consummated the mechanization, ‚hardening‘, of the world; he banished the animic principles, too.

Within this environment, dominated initiatically by Rosicrucians and ‚scottish freemasons‘, ideas of a political, constitutional and humanist European Unification were cultivated by Immanuel Kant [‚Zum ewigen Frieden. Ein philosophischer Entwurf‘], Gilbert du Motier de la Fayette [an important figure of the French Revolution], George Washington [who discussed it in a correspondence with La Fayette], and some more. The end of the 19th century, which saw the rise of Marxism, Industrialism, and modern liberalism, was a peculiar age as I outlined previously, as initiatically, several more deviant initiatic forms arose in line with the Theosophic Society, the Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor and the O.T.O., forming the support of a growing transnational ‚masonic‘ environment; the ‚Ur‘ lodges, which, in theosophic line of thought, saw themselves in continuity of Far-East ‚spiritualities‘, and as the harbingers of a syncretistic world religion in line with scientific progressivism. In particular, the symbolical cosmos around Agarthi/Shambalah was considered [misunderstood] by many as a frame of mind through which the European spiritual unity might be re-established.

The most notable figures in this late-19th century intellectual environment include Helena Blavatsky [agent of counter-tradition]; Friedrich Nietzsche [promethean agent of chaos]; Charles Darwin [the first agent of ‚dissolution‘], Sigmund Freud [‚Flectere si nequeo superos, acheronta movebo‘] and Cecil Rhodes [the first ‚Pilgrim‘]; the most notable circles are the ‚Eranos‘ congregation, several Martinist Orders, AMORC, Neotemplar Order, Thule Society, and many more, primarily research groups over East Asia, Tibet, that formed along the next decades.
WWI saw the dismantling of three major royal-aristocratic powers in Europe; the Austro-Hungarian Empire, which was divided into smaller nation states along ethnical lines, and the Russian Empire, which plunged into internal chaos during the bolshevik revolution; the German Empire, which was transformed into an intermediary republican construct as an ‚experimental laboratory‘ in anticipation of new authoritarian modalities of governance, either bolshevist or fascist. The emergence of these two authoritarian ideologies had been the covert goal of WWI, insofar as it was more than an accumulation of arbitrary and complex influences that could not be foreseen in their entirety. The Russian Bolshevik revolution had been financially supported by Felix Warburg, member of ‚Der Ring‘, active in Switzerland, where Vladimir Lenin had founded a ‚masonic‘ organization dedicated to Joseph DeMaistre, which was later refounded in the wake of the Congress of the Soviet Communist Party in 1922.

In the face of this European fragmentation, Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi wrote ‚Pan-Europa‘(1923), which became the manifesto for the Pan-European Union; it sought the unification of the European nation states under humanist tenets, modeled after the Panamerican Union and the League of Nations. It should form a counterbody to the increasing ‚Russian‘ threat, and the anglo-american rivalry. He compares the European fold with the hellenic environment; the three major hellenic city states Athens, Sparta and Thebes were united in a ‚historic-mystic tradition‘, but corrupted the greek legacy by fragmentary warfare; and they were overrun and destroyed by Macedonia, never to recover again - ‚Russia is the European Macedonia‘. His stance on the english question he summed up thus: „Perhaps with England; if necessary without England; but never against England.“ Max Warburg, brother of Felix Warburg, was one of the initial donors to the Paneuropean movement, donating ca. 60.000 Goldmark.

Kalergi described the heraldry as ‚das Kreuz Christi auf der apollonischen Sonne, übernationale Humanität verbunden mit dem strahlenden Geist der Aufklärung; dies Zeichen auf hellblauem Grunde; der blaue Himmel als Zeichen des ungetrübten Friedens‘. During the 1920s, the Paneuropean movement attracted ‚masonic‘ characters of all delineations; among them Hjalmar Schacht, Albert Einstein, Felix Frankfurter, Konrad Adenauer, Max Warburg, Edvard Beneš, Ludwig Nathanael von Rothschild, Paul Löbe, Sigmund Freud, Thomas Mann, Jean Monnet, Francesco Saverio Nitti, and John Maynard Keynes. Many people in his environment strayed from Kalergi’s initially ‚humanist‘ and ‚pacifist‘ outlook; some were tied to the same environments that would serve as the crucibles for Fascism and National Socialism. The Pan-European congregation dissolved in the early 1930s with the rise of national authoritarian governments across Europe; yet the idea of a unified Europe under various aliases remained alive within those circles as well, either for technical or contingent reasons, or for ‚mythological‘ reasons related to the counter-Initiatic ‚Holy European Empire‘.

As I have mentioned earlier, the fascist collaborators in the West was composed of Swiss/Dutch nobility, some continental masonic circles, and certain actors within the City of London (once congregated in the Cliveden set, a descendant of the transnational ‚Round Table‘); the Haushofer family, Hjalmar Schacht and George Sylvester Viereck being the focal points of the diplomatic Anglo delineation. Henry Ford and Charles Lindberg, 33rd degree in the Scottish Rite, the America First Council and the ‚Western Conservative‘ isolationist establishment, and the ‚Silver Shirts‘ represented the US-american side of this arrangement, although in a much weaker form. After the Munich agreement of 1938, the Anschluß agreement, the circumstances around the Reichskristallnacht, and the ‚Conference of Evian‘, almost all aristocratic circles abandoned the idea of a Western Union under „fascistomorphic“ conditions. The Kaiser Wilhelm Society, an umbrella for several institutes of foundational research between the two world wars, headed by the Swiss psychiatrist Ernst Rüdin, financially supported by the Rockefeller Foundation, the Anthroposophic circles around Rudolf Steiner, and the Tavistock Institute had been cultivating this research without much success. The treatment of Rudolf Heß during his imprisonment in England can be considered as one of the earliest examples of modern mind-control, although far less advanced than it had become customary in the 1950s and 1960s. I shall now return to the Pan-European genealogy. Kalergi had spent the years of WWII in Hungary, laterFrance, and in New York as a lecturer and professor of history. Around the end of WWII, the Paneuropean union congregated again around the figures of Jean Monnet, Winston Churchill, Otto von Habsburg, Franz von Papen, Bernhard zur Lippe-Biesterfeld, Allen Dulles [who had worked as an OSS agent in Switzerland], and later Konrad Adenauer; they took considerable part in the Stauffenberg conspiracy; see also >>33030922 . Kalergi has been awarded the Karlspreis, issued by the city of Aachen; an important symbolic mark, as Kalergis envisioned European Union was supposed to be a modern adaptation of the feudalistic Carolingian Empire. The Leviathan is a designation for a biblical creature with demiurgical properties; ‚demiurge‘ referring to ‚formative‘ creation ('Yetzirah'), not pure creation; thus first architect after God, he is the creator of the lower worlds, associated with Beelzebub, the ‚Lord Of Flies‘, and the supreme legitimator of the architectural genealogy of which the promethean figures that cultivate modern ‚masonic‘ cenacles and their ‚initiatic‘ and outward hierarchies see themselves in continuity. Eric Blair ('George Orwell') deserves a mention; his work '1984' describes a world composed of the authoritarian continental superstates 'Oceania', 'Eurasia' and 'East Asia', who are engaged in perpetual colonial warfare. The outset is a hint towards the 'increasingly oligarchical' Pan-European congregation of the late 1940s; Orwell himself was a member of the transnational 'Thomas Paine' lodge.
The name 'Winston Smith' refers indeed to Winston Churchill, as has been widely speculated, insofar as Smith submits to the dictatorial paradigm. In general, he represents the 'progressive', 'humanist' side of the 'masonic' coin. It is notable as well that Great Britain is part of the 'oceanic' congregation, and separate from the continental Eurasia. This is a hint towards the ambivalent position towards Britain of the earlier Pan-Europists; english circles interpreted the Pan-european movement as continental rivalry.

Over the course of the last few threads, I have been repeatedly asked by a gentleman to elaborate on 'political gnosticism', which is called 'conspiratorial thinking' in infantry banter, and why it might become widespread in the future. The thinking of most people corresponds to the unreliable 'sublunar' circle; a world which is dominated by chaos. The 'historic' or 'political' paradigm can be described thus:
'‚People are essentially motivated by the desire for money and power; this motivation creates a foundational paradigm of ‚economic rationality‘; any motivations of ideological or sentimental nature will be diminished in the macroscopic limits; economic actors have varying access to this rationality, and are naturally assembled in a hierarchy. This framework, which dominates contemporary ‚profane‘ thinking, describes only inferior orders of reality; many figures have breached this ‚lunar circle‘, and turned instead to the consideration of the fixed laws that the work of the ‚architectural minds‘ reflect; malevolent minds that have built the world around them, passing these laws down their own sub-hierarchies, reaching the lowest platforms in obscured symbolism. As the architects are human ‚demiurgical‘ representations in the civilizational order, the frame of mind might be designated ‚political gnosticism‘.

The second frame of mind is suited for a highly unstable ‚schizoid‘ character that can only be cultivated in an ecological niche; he is distinguished through his superior perception of the individual and collective psychosphere, yet inaptitude to ‚navigate the waters‘, submerging himself in psychic chaos of increasing radius. The type has existed for a long time in the form of the 'hermit mystic' (higher sense) or the „seer“, or ‚fool‘.
These characters are cultivated within the discrete environments adjacent to the Military-Industrial fold. Without doing the math, I believe that an Uber capitalistic system based on cooperative corporations (as in workers' cooperatives in free market competition) should yield a free market, progressive, liberal and environmentally friendly anarchism.

But i am short of prior art on the topic.
All work on cooperatives was done by Soviet commies and evolutionary game theory approaches were not commonplace.
